dated decor long queues
The staff was attentive and addressed requests quickly. The communal areas were clean.
The room decor seemed quite dated and tired. The balcony overlooked bins and a derelict building which was not very appealing. Queues for breakfast seating were long despite open tables being available.

inland view customer experience
the staff was attentive and kind , the food was of excellent quality.
upon arrival , I was told I could only have an inland view room. after some discussion a sea view room was found , but we had to move rooms again as there was no afternoon sunshine as requested. ALL in all i think kanika have taken there eye off the ball A BIT with regards to the customer experience , not sure if we will return in the near future.

the food was tasty and there was a large variety of really great options for food and drinks.
i was disappointed by my recent stay i booked a sea view room with afternoon sunshine i had to move rooms there wasnt any afternoon sunshine as requested.

food variety extra towels light snacks
the food variety was excellent and fresh daily. extra towels were offered each evening, which i found convenient. light snacks were always available if i skipped hot meals.
the coffee availability was limited before 10:30 am, accessible only in the restaurant or in the room
